Buddee (“we”, “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you join our waitlist and how we use it.

What we collect

• Email address — to add you to the waitlist and send updates.
• Referral data — if you join via a referral link or share yours, we store referral codes and counts to calculate waitlist position.
• Basic signup metadata — such as signup time and general page analytics (if enabled) to understand how people find us.

How we use it

• Place you on the waitlist and show your position.
• Send welcome, nurture, and referral notification emails.
• Improve the landing page and plan our Ontario beta launch.

We do not sell your personal information.

Where data is stored

Waitlist signups are stored in a secure database hosted by our infrastructure providers. Email is sent through our email service provider. These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy terms.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist data until you ask us to delete it, you unsubscribe and request removal, or we no longer need it for the waitlist and launch process.

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from marketing or nurture emails at any time via the link in any email. To request access, correction, or deletion of your waitlist data, email hello@buddeeio.com.

Children

The waitlist is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as the product evolves. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do.
