These terms govern your use of the Buddee waitlist at buddeeio.com and related pages. By joining the waitlist, you agree to them.

Waitlist only

Buddee is in development. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, a launch date, pricing, or any particular feature set. We may change batch sizes, invite order, or pause signups at any time.

Eligibility

The waitlist is intended for households in Ontario while we run our beta. You must provide a valid email address you control and be at least 18 years old (or have a parent or guardian join on your behalf).

Referrals

Your referral link may move you up in line when someone new joins through it. We reserve the right to adjust positions, ignore fraudulent signups, or change referral rules without notice.

Communications

By joining, you agree to receive waitlist-related emails from us, including onboarding, product updates, and referral notifications. You can unsubscribe from non-essential messages using the link in any email.

Acceptable use

Do not abuse the waitlist, scrape our site, attempt to disrupt our systems, or submit false information. We may remove you from the waitlist if you violate these terms.

Disclaimer

The site and waitlist are provided “as is” without warranties. Savings figures shown on the landing page are estimates based on early beta data and are not a guarantee of future results.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change when we do. Continued use of the waitlist after changes means you accept the revised terms.
